Registration Overview
Enrollment will began February 1, 2010 for current families, siblings and Parishioners. Tuition for the upcoming school year is $2,470 in total, we do not collect registration fees. When registration papers are turned in the accompanying $35 class fee for each student must be paid. If you have a child entering 7th grade the class fee is an additional $12 to cover the cost of the religion book.
All incoming students in grades 3 - 8 must take an achievement test in reading, math, language arts and science. In order for a student to be considered for acceptance in to St. Patrick of Heatherdowns this test must be completed. Students are not discriminated upon based on ethnicity, religion, or any other factors. Admittance can be rejected due to low achievement test scores, prior expulsion records, poor grade card records from previous school or an insincere committment to the school. All students in grades 5 - 8 must be interviewed by the principal prior to admittance.
The achievement test used is SCANTRON and for more information on the success of the achievement testing please click on the link provided. www.achievementseries.com/
Tuition must be paid in full by June 1, 2010 or contracted through FACTS Management for automatic deduction from a checking or savings account. You can apply online to FACTS Management by following the link. Click HERE.

Golf Outing for Tuition Assistance
Families can earn a minimum of $216 off tuition for the upcoming year by participating in our Tuition Assistance Fundraiser. Each family must raise a minimum of $216 to be eligible for the ratio payout of all monies collected minus expenses. This year anyone reaching their goal received a payout of 85% of their collected donations. One family earned over $1600 off their tuition for the current year!
Pledges and donations can be collected from now through May 14th which is the actual golf outing. Ask your family, friends, business associates, family physician and dentist for donations. You could send the check for the first $216 yourself and write that portion of your tuition off on your taxes. Anyone who reaches the $216 goal is guaranteed the $216 back.
If you are interested in golfing, contact Mike Thees or Michelle Kravetsky. Each grade from K - 8 sends 8 golfers to enjoy 18 holes of golf. Volunteers are also needed the day of the event to shag balls so if you are short on your service hours this is the perfect time to get involved!
