Board Meetings are held on the third Sunday of each month, at 7:00PM, at the school.  The meetings are open to anyone who wishes to attend.  Check the calendar link below or the Sunday bulletin for the date of the next meeting.

Throughout the year, for just about all sports, we are in need of coaches.  If you have a few hours each week to help coach your child, please contact the commissioner of that sport.  Coaching will count for your volunteer hours, as well as the experience with the kids and fun you will have.

The St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Athletic Board's 15th Annual Reverse Raffle is scheduled for Saturday, November 6th. 

Tickets are $50 per person.  

Over $5,000 in cash prizes.

Doors open at 6pm, drawing begins at 7pm.

Dinner by LePetit Gourmet & Big C's Barbeque.

Beverages sold at 'old time' prices.

The 2010 CC season will begin with practices starting on Monday, August 2nd at 6PM.  Practices will be held at Swan Creek Metropark, Glendale entrance, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays @ 6PM.  Coaches and parent helpers are needed, so we encourage you to help if you are available.  Please bring registration papers and water bottle to the first practice.  Any questions or concerns, contact Amy Stebli at 419.381.0335, or at astebli@hotmail.com.

Due to a smaller than expected turn out, flag football has been CANCELLED for this year.

Jack McGurk, the SPH athlectic director from 1978 to 1988, started the SPH 8th Grade Invitational Basketball Tournment in 1981.  The first year games were held off campus while the SPH gym was being built.  The Invitational was held in 1982 at SPH and has been played here every year since.  Jack had a great vision and commitment to St. Patrick's and the athlectic board decided to rename our annual event.  The tournament will now be called "The St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Jack McGurk Irish Invitational"  All of us wish to congratulate Jack and hope to see him in attendance for many years to come!
