2017-18 Basketball Registration is Open

Basketball Mini Camp Schedule

Mini Camps for Grades 3-12 will be held at the following times. 

All mini-camps will be held in the St. Pat's Gym.

Thursday November 2

3rd Grade Boys at 5:00pm

3rd Grade Girls at 6:00pm

7th/8th Grade Girls at 7:00pm

Sunday November 5th

4th Grade Girls at 1:00pm

5th Grade Girls at 2:15pm

6th Grade Girls at 3:30pm

Monday November 6th

4th Grade Boys at 5:00pm

5th Grade Boys at 6:15pm

6th Grade Boys at 7:30pm

Tuesday November 7th

7th Grade Boys at 5:00pm

8th Grade Boys at 6:30pm

High School Boys and Girls at 8:15pm

Please log in to the Final Forms website (https://stpats-oh.finalforms.com) to complete all registration forms and submit payment. Per the Athletic Board, all fees and forms must be submitted in Final Forms before a player may participate. This includes having an up to date CYO Athletic Contract on file (signed and dated by a Doctor within the past 365 days).

All payments must be paid via Credit Card online at Final Forms. (Note: There is a 4% processing fee that is in addition to the basketball fee that goes directly to the Credit Card merchant.)

Fees for 3-8 Grade players are $75.00

Fees for High School players are $80.00

Any registrations turned in after November 2nd will receive a $25.00 late registration fee.

Attendance at mini-camp is mandatory for all those that would like to play. For grades that will have multiple teams, this is when teams will be created.
